So, did Toby graduate from Cop School in, like, two weeks? The way time moves on this show is confounding enough as is, but I swear he enrolled in cop school like 5 episodes ago. Although, I guess if it’s only a two week course to become a Rosewood cop, that explains a LOT.
"I hate to say this but I’m pleased everyone is so sad I died. I was like, "Aw, they love me.""
It wasn’t a conscious decision for me to make a ‘pop’ record at first, but as I started writing more and experiencing all these different things, I realized that the songs I’d written in the first sort of year or so after Red was released, I’d outgrown. For me, I feel like there’s a period in-between albums where I start to become aware that the sound is changing and it stops becoming a continuation of the old record and evolves into a completely new project. With 1989, it was around this point that I sort of addressed the fact that the material I was just obsessed with, the songs I couldn’t not have on the record, well they had this really signature sound.. and so we just decided that 1989 would be my first official genre-stamped ‘pop’ album.
I’m not Tumblr Famous. I still smile when I gain a follower and get upset when I lose one. It makes me happy seeing that there are other people on my blog than just me and when someone reblogs something I posted it makes me feel warm inside. I love and appreciate all of my followers. Reblog if you do too.
